These Terms and Conditions govern product selection, order placement and the relationship between the customer and the seller on the relevant Jumanji Pet Shop website.

2. Acceptance

Before submitting an order, the customer actively checks the relevant checkbox confirming that they have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The checkbox is not pre-selected.

3. Product information, prices and availability

We aim to keep product names, descriptions, prices and availability accurate and current. Where a technical error, stock change or other objective circumstance occurs, information may need to be confirmed before the order is finally confirmed. We will contact the customer using the details provided with the order where necessary.

4. Placing and confirming an order

The customer selects products, quantities, contact/delivery details and an available payment method. Submitting an order through the website records an order request. Where needed, Jumanji may contact the customer to confirm stock, address, delivery timing or other order details.

5. Payment

Checkout may offer cash on delivery, card-terminal payment to the courier or bank transfer. The methods currently available are shown in the order form. The website does not currently collect or store full payment-card details, CVV codes or card numbers.

6. Delivery

Delivery availability, area, price and estimated timing may vary by branch, address, order value and operating conditions. Conditions applying to a specific order are communicated on the website or during order confirmation. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address and contact number.

7. Changes and cancellation

To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at +995 577 14 44 90. If the order has already been dispatched or fulfilled, the available options may depend on the order status and applicable law.

8. Returns and consumer rights

Returns, exchanges, defective-product claims and other consumer rights are handled in accordance with applicable Georgian law. Conditions may differ depending on the product category, condition, whether it has been opened/used, and the reason for return. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate and sufficient information when ordering. Products should be used for their intended purpose and according to packaging/manufacturer instructions and, where appropriate, veterinary advice. General website information is not a substitute for professional veterinary consultation.

10. Technical availability

The website may occasionally require maintenance, updates or temporary restrictions. We aim to minimise disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

11. Personal data

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Consent to analytics/cookies is separate from acceptance of these checkout terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms may be updated due to legal, technical or operational changes. The last-updated date on this page will be revised for material changes. The order record stores the version date accepted by the customer at checkout.
