Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data is processed on the relevant Jumanji Pet Shop website, for what purposes and legal bases, who may receive the data, and what rights the data subject has.

This controller is responsible for processing carried out through rustavi.myjumanji.ge.

Analytics and marketing measurement are not required for the website's core functions. Jumanji internal analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are enabled only after analytics consent; Meta Pixel is enabled only after marketing consent.

2. Types of data we process

Identification and contact data: the name and mobile phone number entered when placing an order. The current checkout form does not request an email address.
Delivery data: delivery address and an optional comment supplied by the customer.
Order data: ordered products, quantities, prices, payment-method choice, order channel and order status.
Internal analytics data — with analytics consent: random session ID, referring page, product views, search terms, cart actions, checkout/order events and order value.
Third-party analytics/marketing data — with the relevant consent: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel may process page-view, campaign/source, browser, device and cookie-identifier data as part of operating their services.
Necessary technical storage: language preference, cart state, cookie-consent choice and other values required for website functionality.

Jumanji's own behavioural analytics SQLite database does not intentionally store the user's IP address. However, the web server/hosting provider and, with consent, third-party analytics services may technically process IP address, browser/device information and cookies as part of operating their services.

The website currently does not collect payment-card numbers, CVV codes or complete card details.

3. Purposes and bases of processing

Receiving and fulfilling orders: placing, confirming, preparing and delivering an order and contacting the customer — processing necessary to take steps requested by the customer and fulfil the order.
Legal/accounting obligations: retaining or processing records where required by applicable legal obligations.
Safe and reliable operation: technical functionality, security and prevention of abuse.
Analytics: only with the user's analytics consent, to understand website use and improve search, cart and checkout effectiveness.
Marketing measurement: only with the user's marketing consent, to measure campaign and website-visit results through Meta Pixel.
Marketing communications: checkout data is not automatically used for SMS/email marketing. If such communications are introduced, separate voluntary consent will be used where required.

4. Recipients / third parties

Courier/delivery provider: the minimum information needed to deliver an order, typically name, phone number, address and delivery/order details.
Hosting provider — Magticom: as part of hosting and technically operating the website/server infrastructure.
Telegram: for technical delivery of internal order notifications where this functionality is used.
WhatsApp/Messenger: if the customer chooses those channels, data is processed through the respective platform infrastructure.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: only when analytics is allowed, according to the providers' terms and privacy policies.
Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel): only when marketing is allowed, to measure campaign and visit results under Meta's terms and privacy policy.
Authorised public authorities: only where disclosure is required by applicable law.

5. Cookies and analytics consent

On the first visit the user may choose “Necessary only”, “Allow all” or “Settings”. Analytics and marketing can be configured independently in Settings. Declining both does not prevent core site functionality or ordering. The choice can be changed later through “Cookie settings” in the footer. The choice applies only to the branch website on which it was made.

To submit an order through checkout, the user actively checks a box agreeing to the Privacy Policy and website terms. It is not pre-checked. This checkout checkbox does not constitute consent to analytics cookies; analytics choice is separate.

6. Retention

Raw Jumanji internal analytics events are automatically deleted after 90 days. Retention of data processed by Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta is governed by the relevant service settings and policies. Order data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil orders, manage customer relations, reporting, potential claims/disputes and applicable legal obligations. Data is not retained longer than needed for the relevant purpose unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. Security

The website uses HTTPS/SSL encrypted connections. Administrative access is restricted by authentication; where possible, the analytics database is stored outside the public web directory. Technical and organisational measures are used to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

8. Data-subject rights

Within the scope provided by applicable law, a user may:

request information about whether personal data is processed and obtain relevant information/a copy;
request correction, updating or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data;
request deletion, destruction or cessation of processing where there is a legal basis to do so;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal;
object to or request restriction of processing where such rights are provided by applicable law.

Some records may not be deleted immediately where retention is required for tax, accounting or other applicable legal obligations.
